ESTEEM

The construction industry is a high risk environment where safety procedures and health and safety training is especially important.  Unfortunately these are not always well implemented and there are no universal frameworks for evaluating the quality and efficacy of training programmes.

ESTEEM aims to address these issues by providing effective training resources, guidelines and methods of evaluating the efficacy of the training.
