Guidelines

The ESTEEM Safety Training Guidelines have been developed from the learning acquired during the completion of the other ESTEEM outputs, ie the Safety Training Knowledge Base, the Safety Training Package, the Safety Training Evaluation Device, and the Safety Training Certificate System for Trainers and Trainees.

The guidelines have been developed for organisations, occupational safety and health (OSH) practitioners, trainers, supervisors and construction workers.

They provide best practice recommendations for safety training and evaluation in the construction industry, particularly for workers most at risk.
