The ESTEEM Safety Training Evaluation Device is an easy-to-use tool, incorporating a series of online surveys administered at multiple time points, in order to assess the effectiveness of the training.

Immediately after training

Three months after training
Three month follow-up survey for trainees
Six months after training
Six-month follow-up survey for trainees

In addition to these four surveys, trainees are asked to complete a safety knowledge test at the beginning of the Safety Training Package (optional) and at the end of the Safety Training Package (compulsory), to assess their new learning.
