Rose Shepherd delivered a webinar about ESTEEM for the IOSH Yorkshire Branch.
The webinar provided Yorkshire Branch members with an update about the ESTEEM project, following on from a workshop Rose delivered for them in October 2019.
Rose discussed the six key outputs from the project:
Safety Training Knowledge Base
Interactive Platform for Safety Training
Safety Training Package
Safety Training Evaluation Device
Safety Certificate System for Trainers and Trainees
Safety Training Guidelines
In particular, Rose provided examples of the face-to-face and online training materials, and outlined the preliminary findings from the pilot testing in Italy and Spain.
